How does check-in work?
Self check-in. Step-by-step arrival details are sent before you travel, so you can arrive at a time that suits you.

A professionally cleaned home, fresh linen and towels, and a team on hand throughout your stay. Each listing describes the home honestly.
For property owners
How does the lease model work?
We take your property on a long-term lease at an agreed rent, then run it as serviced accommodation. Terms are set out clearly in writing before anything starts.
Who looks after the property?
We do — cleaning, inspections and maintenance between stays, with trusted trades on call.
What about London’s 90-night rule?
Entire homes in Greater London can be let short-term for up to 90 nights a year without planning permission. We track this for every home and plan longer stays around it.
